Necessary Documents for the Online Application
Here are the documents required for applying through the ENC website:
- Property Document Copy (This will inform the WAPDA authority regarding the location of the new electricity connection)
- Attested CNIC copy of the applicant
- Attested CNIC copy of the witness (This is only required for industrial or business electricity connections. If you are applying for your house’s electricity connection, you are not required to submit this.)
- Electricity Bill of Your Neighbor (This will also aid WAPDA officials in knowing the location properly where the electricity meter is to be installed.)

How to Apply through the Electricity New Connection (ENC) website?
#1 Go to the Website
Visit the ENC website. On the left menu, select the third option named ‘Apply New Connection.’
An application form will open.
#2 Fill in the Connection Information
Select the connection type, distribution company, and sub-division.
#3 Fill in the Applicant Information
Then, fill in the ‘Applicant Particulars’ which include name, father’s name, CNIC, and mobile numbers.
#4 Give Contact Person Information, Premises Details, and Neighbor Information
Fill in the next two sections. These include submitting information which includes the contact person’s name, mobile number, address, relationship with the applicant, and email.
Fill in the ‘Premises detail’ section. You do not need to fill all the bars. But filling in the address of the premises is necessary.
In the next section, give the reference number, name, and address of your neighbor. This is also not necessary.

#5 Submit the Soft Copies of the Required Documents, Read the Terms and Conditions, and Click ‘Submit’
Take pictures of the required documents. Then, upload them on the portal.
After reading the ‘Terms and Conditions,’ select ‘I agree.’
Finally, click the blue ‘Submit’ button.
